Thank you for your interest in establishing a Business Account with Linda's Electric Quilters DBA.
We offer Business and 501C status discounts on All Superior Threads, All Filtec (Hab & Dash) Threads (excluding magna bobbins), Hobbs Batting Rolls, Cases and Boards with no minimum order requirement. We also offer Design with Lines, Templates, Pantograph Patterns and some notions with minimum requirements.
Once we receive your registration, please allow 1-2 business days for a business account representative to reach out to you via email with your approval status.

Prior to starting your registration, Please download the following pages below. Please fill out the forms completely and email completed forms along with a copy of your business license/501 C permit to
TEXAS ONLY: CLICK HERE to Download the Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate and Exemption Forms- Both Texas forms need to be filled out and returned with a copy of your state certificate. (Forms 01-339)
ALL OTHER STATES AND COUNTRIES: CLICK HERE to Download the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate Multi Jurisdictional form. Please note, if your state is not listed in on the spreadsheet please add it along with your Business ID/Account ID for your state/country. This form needs to be filled out and returned with a copy of your state certificate. If you don't see your state listed, please add it in on the empty space after all the states.

If you are a Quilter offering a service, please notate that on the exemption forms. Some states will require you to collect tax on the items you are putting into manufacturing the quilt, such as thread, batting and fabric. Please read up on your states business/tax laws to stay current.
