Return Policy (with receipt)
Customer has 45 days from date of purchase to return/exchange merchandise bought from Linda’s Electric Quilters (excluding opened or used merchandise, Software, DVD’s, Books, Cut Batting and Fabric). No refunds on Gammill machines. Machine warranties apply after machine is delivered. Class payments are non-refundable.
Red River Quiltworks, LLC -Linda's Electric Quilters, DBA is not responsible for bodily injury or damage caused by Gammill machinery, machine parts, notions or any supplies purchased from us online or in store.
All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Please read the Shipping Policy before purchase. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are also responsible for notifying LEQ asap.
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through www.longarmsupplies.net. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 45 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition, not opened or used in anyway and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items shipped outside the USA may Incur your country's local import tax. LEQ is not responsible for any local or country import/tariff tax. It is possible the shipping carrier will contact you prior to receiving your package to collect those additional fees. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
