As a beginner sewer, I was honestly a bit intimidated walking into a fabric store—but the customer service here completely blew me away. All three ladies were incredibly welcoming, patient, and so kind. They took their time helping me select just the right fabrics, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and made me feel supported every step of the way. Their knowledge and friendliness turned what could’ve been an overwhelming experience into something fun and inspiring.
